Right Now is a set of mental health and wellbeing resources created with grower and psychologist Steph Schmidt, designed to provide practical support in the moment. On this page you'll find a set of step-by-step videos to support you in moments of need, followed by a list of resources to support you during and afterwards.

NSW | Rural Adversity Mental Health Program
RAMHP is a government funded initiative that acts as a bridge between communities and existing support systems, with a strong emphasis on early intervention, education, and local engagement. Referenced in The Land’s The Rural Guide to a Healthy Mind.

Free 24/7, specialised assessment and referral to local services for mental health crises. Staffed by clinicians, it is the primary contact for urgent care, assessing needs, and linking to acute response teams.
